Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering new data into our ERP system, updating price changes, and creating purchase orders with precision and accuracy
  • Managing and maintaining data integrity through regular data entry and data management tasks
  • Creating and formatting spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting
  • Updating existing data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborating closely with our supply chain team to provide support and ensure seamless operations
  • Handling incoming requests via Slack and responding in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Salary

The salary for this position is $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems and data management software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working with cloud-based software and applications
