Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about flight details and bookings.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, including flight changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements
