Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service through email, live chat, and phone support, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our services.
Lead Generation:
Generate new leads through email gathering and verification, and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
Call Handling:

Email Management:

Data Entry:
Perform data entry tasks, including research, transcription, data collection, extraction, encoding, and file management.
