Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
  • Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently.
  • Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to ensure accurate and informed responses.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Position Details

Rate:

$35 per hour

Requirements:

+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

Location:

This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States

Work Schedule:

Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, mobile devices, and software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
