Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
- Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently.
- Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to ensure accurate and informed responses.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

Essential Qualifications
