Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of data science initiatives, including:
- Data Source Identification: Identify and extract relevant data sources, define data requirements, and perform preliminary data quality checks.
- Problem Formulation: Analyze business problems, identify key assumptions, and develop solutions that drive business growth.
- Analytical Modeling: Develop and deploy machine learning models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and identify key trends and insights.
- Model Deployment & Scaling: Work with MLOps to push ML models to production, continuously log and track model performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Code Development & Testing: Write code to develop and deploy data science solutions, create test cases, and validate proposed solutions.
- Applied Business Acumen: Evaluate business cases, influence stakeholder decision-making, and translate business requirements into data science solutions.
- Model Assessment & Validation: Identify and evaluate model assessment metrics, apply testing and tuning strategies, and ensure testing records are documented and maintained.
- Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop compelling stories based on data insights, create graphical representations of data, and present findings to various audiences.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
