Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to our healthcare services. This is a home-based remote position, and you will work independently to provide support to our members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues related to our healthcare services

  • Provide accurate and timely information about our services, including benefits, coverage, and eligibility
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members, understand their needs, and provide empathetic support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to ensure expertise and confidence in providing support

Requirements

* 1-year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, including hospitals, clinics, or insurance companies

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members who speak diverse languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
