Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing world-class customer service to arenaflex customers through various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone.
- Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, returns, refunds, and more.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's policies and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to response times, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
Requirements
