Job Summary

As a Work at Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving product-related concerns, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. This is a flexible part-time, seasonal opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a supportive team that values your time and effort.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions

  • Work from home, using your computer and phone to communicate with customers and navigate through multiple systems
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated computer equipment

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Experience working from home or in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center technologies
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
