Job Summary
As a Work at Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving product-related concerns, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Work from home, using your computer and phone to communicate with customers and navigate through multiple systems
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated computer equipment
Preferred Qualifications
* 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience working from home or in a remote environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center technologies
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
