Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines.
- Handling patient medicine demands, including entering top-off orders for handling, investigating to acquire missing remedy data, and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes).
