Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries received through phone and/or email from customers about the AYD Service and schedule approved household waste pickups.
- Communicate concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilize authorized systems to gather information, provide updates, and maintain customer records, ensuring seamless data management.
- Produce reports as requested by management, providing valuable insights into customer interactions and program effectiveness.
- Confirm understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
- Organize, create, and mail participant kits prior to scheduled pickup dates, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Perform outbound call campaigns as needed, contributing to the program's outreach and effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a customer service or call center environment handling customer requests, account or order changes, and issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong keyboarding skills and professional phone etiquette, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Energetic and tenacious achievement orientation, with a focus on solving conflicts and listening to others without interrupting.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, adapting to frequent changes in the work environment.
