About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Service - Order to Cash Associate, you will take ownership of orders from external and internal customers, collaborating with our Product team, Sales, and Account Support teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery of services. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop, and create complex reports for sharing insights and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining exceptional customer experiences
• Ensuring timely processing of access and entitlements requests
• Responding professionally to customer queries via phone and email using Best Practice guidelines
• Adhering to Business/Process requirements as per SOP/Training Module
• Developing in-depth knowledge of processes and businesses
• Completing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations and implementing Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
• Ensuring quality audits are conducted whenever required
• Providing key support and resources for collections in the invoicing process

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Good experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
• Excellent problem-solving skills, resolving problems using existing solutions
• Ability to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities in a rapidly changing administrative environment
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems
• Fluency in English, verbal and written, with excellent all-round communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player and effectively collaborate within a matrix organization
• Comfortable working different shifts based on business needs (UK/US/INDIA)
