Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a positive attitude, and are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and ticket support, resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot issues related to arenaflex clients' products and services
  • Utilize written workflows and follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide support when needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex clients' products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset and quiet workspace to take calls

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with CRM software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce

  • Knowledge of arenaflex clients' products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
