Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and shape the future of arenaflex's content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- An interest in Media and Entertainment
