Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk/Excel Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed (minimum 45 words per minute with no errors)
• Verifying data from scanned documents into one of two processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
• Working independently with accuracy, completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines, and maintaining excellent comparison skills
• Sitting for extended periods while reviewing and keying onscreen data
• Working in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision

Special Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

• Alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors
• Pass a typing test to verify your typing skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience entering data into a computer system
• Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII) (such as tax records, medical records, name, address, social security number, telephone number, email address, etc.)
• Experience utilizing computer programs and software (such as Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, report production, and document creation)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience or formal training in document capture/processing software (such as IBM Intelligent Forms Processing (IFP), Kofax Capture, OnBase, etc.)

• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formatting, and reporting
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
