Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, meeting them where they are most comfortable – their homes – via Zoom Virtual Calls. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, and helping them to understand and utilize our products to protect their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular Zoom Virtual Calls

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Educate clients on our products and services, helping them to understand how they can benefit from our offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, building a loyal client base and driving business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that you are always equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Leadership management experience, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of life, accident, and supplemental health products

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
  • Experience with Zoom Virtual Calls or other virtual communication platforms
