Experienced Customer Success Representative – Local Business Growth Specialist at arenaflex

If so, we want to hear from you! arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Representative to join our team and help us deliver a 5-star experience to our small business advertisers. As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in strengthening our revenue retention by providing timely and exceptional customer support. You will be the primary point of contact for our current advertisers, helping them get the most out of our advertising solutions and ensuring their continued success on our platform. What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional and timely customer support to our current advertisers, helping them strengthen their online presence and drive more customers to their businesses
  • Logging into an inbound phone queue for the majority of your day, consulting and educating our current Yelp advertisers on the value of our advertising solutions
  • Showcasing the value of arenaflex by highlighting ad performance metrics and helping clients understand the return on investment (ROI) of their advertising spend
  • Using strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated clients and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapting product recommendations quickly to suit client needs, asking probing questions and handling objections to ensure client satisfaction
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees
  • Remaining organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals

What It Takes To Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • A love for local businesses and an understanding of their importance in local economies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and complete numerous details
  • The ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • The ability to strike a balance between consulting and supporting as needed
  • A willingness to receive and implement feedback
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and always-changing environment
