Senior Provider Relations Advocate - Remote - Middle, TN

If you are in Middle Tennessee, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance of end-to-end provider servicing
  • Resolve complex problems and provide guidance to members of own team
  • Drive the design and implementation of programs that build positive relationships between the health plan, providers, and practice managers
  • Ensure implementation of training and education programs for external providers
  • Identify gaps in network composition and services to assist network contracting and development teams
  • Executing departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

  • 3+ years of provider relations experience/managed care
  • 3+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations (preferably TennCare Medicaid)
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of billing and claims processing
  • Ability to travel locally 25%25 to Behavioral Health Provider Offices and Facilities
  • Resides within Middle, TN

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Contracting experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience / knowledge of behavioral health
  • Proven to be a self-starter; able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
