SHOOT DATES: November (2026): 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th December (2026): 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th January (2027): 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 27th, 28th , February (2027): 3rd, 4th Series Synopsis: Kenya, a 15-year-old girl with big dreams of becoming a popstar, decides to homeschool with her little brother, Andrew, a rising basketball prodigy, to escape their unpredictable traditional school. They join P-12 Academy, where homeschool students gather twice a week at a local church to learn, congregate, and socialize. At the very first gathering, Kenya’s world changes forever when she discovers a magical pen named “Penny”, who becomes her witty moral compass and trusted sidekick on her journey to stardom. Along the way, Kenya navigates high school friendships, rivals, and challenges, but with Penny by her side, anything is possible! Role Overview: The Editor will assemble episodes of KENYA, an independent family-friendly sitcom project, in post-production while helping maintain pacing, comedic timing, and overall episode quality. Responsibilities: - Editing sitcom episodes - Assembling scenes and sequences - Audio balancing and cleanup - Organizing footage and project files - Exporting final episodes - Collaborating creatively with production leadership - Helping maintain pacing and comedic flow Ideal Candidate: - Experience with narrative editing - Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve preferred - Strong comedic timing instincts - Organized workflow habits - Ability to meet deadlines - Collaborative mindset Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
