Positions starts off on a 3-month contract but will likely get extended. Monday

• Friday, 9am-6pm, hybrid
• 3 days on site, 2 from home.
• Graphic Designer with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong expertise in design layout and composition, with a solid command of typography and color theory. BA Graphic Arts & 2-4 years exp
• Life Science background preferred.

This role focuses on day-to-day design execution across collateral, digital, and event materials, working within established template systems. The designer collaborates closely with team leads, takes creative direction from the art director, and ensures all designs align with brand and project requirements. Responsibilities include meeting with team members to discuss tactics and due dates, and working collaboratively to ensure each project stays on target and on schedule. The role involves creating and adapting layouts for web banners, social posts, email modules, and PPT templates, as well as preparing images and artwork for print and digital production according to required specifications. The designer maintains and updates design-system libraries and component files, collaborates with copywriters, product managers, and other designers to resolve issues, participates in design critiques and feedback, and ensures compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
