The Opportunity We are seeking an entrepreneurial, vision-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to partner with the founder and take the helm of an enterprise at a critical inflection point. This is not a "blank slate" startup. The incoming CEO will inherit a project with active momentum, including: A proprietary intellectual and legal framework bridging Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization with traditional securitization. An institutional asset pipeline in key Latin American corridors. Active high-level discussions and proposals currently under review with premier regional banking institutions. Strategic academic and infrastructure initiatives (The SETI Colombia Project), positioned for adoption by the country's leading computing and technical academic institutions to build an elite engineering pipeline and regulatory framework. Role & Responsibilities As CEO, you will be the primary driver of execution, institutional credibility, and corporate growth. Your focus will include: Capital Raising: Leading the upcoming seed and early-stage institutional funding rounds, leveraging your network of family offices, VCs, and digital asset funds. Strategic Leadership: Scaling operations from a lean, agile founding team into a robust international fintech enterprise. Alliance Management: Nurturing and formalizing our emerging partnerships across banking, regulatory bodies, and top-tier academic institutions in Colombia and broader LatAm. Corporate Governance: Overseeing the strategic deployment of tech infrastructure, legal compliance, and market expansion. The Ideal Candidate Proven Track Record: Experience as a CEO, COO, Managing Director, or high-level executive within fintech, private equity, investment banking, or digital asset structures. The Network: A strong, referenceable network of institutional investors, venture capital contacts, or family offices. The Vision: An alignment with our mission to scale fractionalized, compliant real estate investments in emerging markets. Language: Professional proficiency or familiarity with Spanish is a significant advantage but not a strict barrier for a candidate with an exceptional executive track record. Mindset: A "man or woman of action" who thrives on momentum, handles high-stakes negotiations with legacy institutions with ease, and wants to build a legacy-defining financial ecosystem.
Compensation
This is a co-founder level executive role. Initial compensation will be heavily weighted toward significant founder-level equity with a base salary, transitioning to a highly competitive compensation package with a performance bonus structure immediately upon the successful closing of the upcoming seed capital round. Pay: $72,601.63 - $84,799.81 per year Benefits:
