Early Startup Contributors & Internship Opportunities
I’m looking for a few part-time interns/contributors to help support an early-stage startup focused on improving the online job search experience. The platform currently has no monetization. The goal right now is simply to build something genuinely useful that helps people navigate job searching more easily. This is a flexible, unpaid internship/contributor opportunity for people who want real startup exposure, portfolio experience, and the chance to learn while contributing to a live product. Areas the founder could use help with:
- Growth/marketing
- Recruiting research
- QA/testing
- Frontend/backend engineering support
- AI/workflow research
- General startup operations
This is ideal for:

As the startup grows, we’d potentially love to expand some contributor roles into paid opportunities in the future, but I want to be fully transparent that this specific role is currently unpaid as the startup has no monetization at the moment. The founder has 17+ years of experience in recruiting and people operations across startups and tech companies, and genuinely enjoys mentoring and helping people grow in their careers.
