Business Analyst – Survey & Reporting

Job Title: Business Analyst – Intermediate (11010) Location: North Charleston, SC Remote (Candidate must currently reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone) Duration: 6 Months Contract Interview Process: One Round Virtual Interview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules
• Administer and manage survey and course evaluation platforms
• Monitor survey response rates and ensure reporting accuracy
• Generate and maintain data reports and dashboards
• Support institutional reporting initiatives including Factbook and Graduate Placement reporting
• Create visual reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Utilize Excel Pivot Tables for reporting and analysis
• Ensure consistent, ethical, and efficient survey processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to support data collection and reporting needs
• Assist with additional survey and reporting projects as required

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports
• Experience working with survey platforms such as:
• Qualtrics
• SmartEvals
• SogoSurvey
• Alchemer
• or similar survey tools
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
• 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables in Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s Degree (required and verifiable)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or similar data extraction/query methods
