Key Responsibilities:

As an Apple Product Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to Apple products
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Apple products and technologies to provide expert support
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

About You:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk
  • A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Availability to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility to adjust weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs
  • A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
  • A GPA of 2.7 or higher

Essential Qualifications:

* Enrolled as a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Apple products and technologies
  • Experience in customer service or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a technical support role

  • Knowledge of Apple products and technologies
  • Experience working with customers in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
