Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast, friendly service to customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning about products and services, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs
  • Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing sales with customers in assigned departments
  • Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
  • Working in cooperation with Department Supervisors and other associates in assigned departments
  • Participating in sales promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing feedback to management on customer needs and sales performance

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or industry-related setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products and services
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and processing transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or industry-related setting

  • Experience working in a sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of industry trends, products, and services
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
