The Opportunity

As a dedicated Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your role will be to build strong relationships with our members, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay current with industry best practices.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines, and demonstrating forward-thinking and planning.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends, making recommendations to improve customer service and member satisfaction.

What You'll Need:

* Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Analytical, STEM, or Economic field of study; OR 4 years work experience in customer service, sales, or related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • 6 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven experience using diverse data applications/visualization tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other customer service tools.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills to maintain accurate data reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in turning data into insights and making recommendations to improve customer service and member satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate positively across multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks with competing deadlines, and demonstrate forward-thinking and planning.

What Sets You Apart:

* US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Regulation E & Z.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate positively across multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks with competing deadlines, and demonstrate forward-thinking and planning.

What We Offer:

* Compensation: arenaflex has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $74,210 - $141,830.

  • Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the arenaflex Board of Directors.
