We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As a key ambassador of our brand, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to our Card Members, creating memorable experiences that exceed their expectations. With a passion for delivering extraordinary service, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, showcasing our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance our Card Members' experiences
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our Card Members' travel needs
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
Lounge Hours and Environment:
Our Centurion Lounge operates from 05:30 AM – 10:30 PM, Monday to Sunday. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our Card Members. You'll be required to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may be asked to lift light to moderate weights for certain job tasks.Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Minimum 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience (preferred)
- Passion for delivering proactive solutions to customers
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
- Utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Quick decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize customer needs
- Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
Compensation and Benefits:
