Job Summary

As an Experienced Supply Chain Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing the flow of materials and products through our supply chain, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting production operations. You'll work closely with our production team, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

+ Utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies. + Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules. + Coordinate with vendors to track order status and resolve any delivery issues. + Process receiving transactions in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and receiving activities.

Customer Service

+ Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently. + Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information. + Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person. + Resolve customer complaints and issues. + Maintain accurate customer information within the ERP system.

Production Support

+ Generate production orders from customer orders or inventory requirements. + Process job cards and track production progress. + Collaborate with production personnel to ensure timely completion of orders. + Assist in maintaining accurate production data within the ERP system.

ERP System Management

+ Become proficient in utilizing the company's ERP system for all assigned tasks. + Identify and report any ERP system issues to the ERP Coordinator. + Participate in ERP system training and updates as required.

Requirements

* Education: Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills:

+ Proactive problem-solver + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Organizational and time-management skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy + Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with an ERP system.
