Job Summary

As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, sales, and retention support to prospective and existing customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer interactions via calls, chats, emails, and other channels. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and foster loyalty by resolving issues, explaining products and services, and providing personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explain bills and product features clearly, ensuring customers understand their options and benefits
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed, escalating issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues, providing personalized solutions, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues, and provide accurate information to resolve customer concerns
  • Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime, to meet business needs and customer demands
  • Participate in paid training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to provide exceptional service and drive sales growth
