As a Technical Leader, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to reducing risk, driving innovation, and enhancing our customers' network to meet their business objectives.
Your Impact
As a Technical Leader, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' network architecture. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building customer deliverable documentation, including High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) for the entire network portfolio
- Developing creative solutions to complex technical problems
- Collaborating with Cisco Engineering to advocate for innovation and share the latest technology advancements with our customers
- Providing high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems, or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners
- Leading or guiding teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of sophisticated network problems
- Developing and implementing Quality of Service (QoS) development and implementation
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- US Government TS/SCI Clearance or Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- 4 years relevant experience in Cisco Data Center compute and networking
- Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP)/Data Center or equivalent skills with a focus on ACI
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our customer's infrastructure
- Ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of sophisticated network problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to solve technical problems
- Experience with Quality of Service (QoS) development and implementation
- Ability to multi-task and self-start in a fast-paced team environment and work independently

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Bonus: up to 20% of annual salary
