What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by:

  • Ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements
  • Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and escalating to a manager when necessary
  • Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the shopping experience
  • Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers
  • Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services as needed
  • Providing customers with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns

Job Type – Permanent, Part Time

We're looking for a flexible and dedicated individual to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll work a minimum of 20-34 hours per week, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills and Competencies

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and technology

Compensation and Perks

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $17.24 to $22.13, based on relevant work experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including:
