About our Customer Success Team
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a tight-knit team that owns the complete post-sales lifecycle of our customers. You'll work closely with Technical Integration Engineers, our Head of Customer Success, and our CEO to ensure that our customers achieve maximum value from our platform. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth, relying on your ability to build strong relationships and develop strategies that drive business success.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Becoming a trusted advisor to our customers, deeply understanding their business needs and helping them maximize the value they get from our platform
* Serving as the customer's internal advocate, ensuring an excellent arenaflex experience and gathering feedback to shape our product roadmap
* Demonstrating technical savvy to guide customers and respond to questions, while also possessing a strong business sense to create opportunities that drive economic growth for both our customers and arenaflex
* Taking initiative and providing genuine value to our customers, rather than simply responding to issues as they arise
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Who You Are
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who possesses the following qualities:
* 4-8 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in technology, investment banking, or consulting
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail, urgency, proactivity, and independence
* Strong business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our customers' businesses
* Excellent written communication skills, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts
* Natural curiosity to stay up-to-date with new technologies and emerging fintech trends
* Ability to work well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
Extra Awesome Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage:
* Experience in the fintech industry
* Experience working with API-first companies
* Experience in a start-up environment
* Knowledge of Linear, Slack, Google Sheets, and Retool
