Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Dispatching service technicians to customer locations, explaining customer issues in detail, and tracking information in our computer database
  • Coordinating problem resolution with our Service Department, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Upselling customers on current products and newly offered products, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Maintaining accurate records, including order intake, delivery, and service call notes
  • Preparing invoices, filing, and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing
  • Developing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as assigned or requested
  • Directing incoming phone inquiries to appropriate resources, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Performing other duties as assigned or requested, including clerical tasks and special projects

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school or GED preferred but not required
  • One (1) year work experience in a dispatch, customer service representative, or related position
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Ability to create spreadsheets and databases for analysis and tracking of various information
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the beverage industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
