Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer, interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting memorable experiences: You'll be the professional in the airport who crafts important connections and encourages an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected.
  • Providing friendly, professional, confident, and insightful service: You'll help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable, with a smile.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent: You'll have a solid educational foundation and a passion for learning.
  • Minimum of 18 years old: You'll be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies: You'll be tech-savvy and comfortable using a range of digital tools and platforms.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift: You'll be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift and handle baggage.
  • Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging: You'll be able to obtain the necessary security clearance and meet airport requirements.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship: You'll be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
