Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Hematology Oncology Clinic, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Providing orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers, including instructions on patient-owned repairs
- Utilizing systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Responding to inquiries and referring customers to secondary sources as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
