Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions
- Working with our food program to ensure seamless service and high-quality products
- Leading shifts and gaining entry-level management experience
- Maintaining store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to customers
- Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve store goals
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours and perform other physical demands of the job
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Retail and customer service experience
- Entry-level management experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
- Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions to solve problems
