By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and contribute to our mission of making a better everyday life for the many. ### What you'll be doing day to day As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders. You'll be the face of arenaflex, building emotional connections with customers through meaningful and empathetic interactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders
• Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager
• Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the arenaflex shopping experience
• Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers
• Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO)
• Offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed
• Providing the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns

### QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

### Essential Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

### Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
