Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international airlines and their passengers at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). You will have the opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, rotate through various areas, and develop your skills in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding service to international airlines and their passengers at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)

• Learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas
• Rotate through various areas within the airport to gain a comprehensive understanding of airport operations
• Develop your skills in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability to ensure on-time performance and a safe and secure travel experience
• Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Enjoy the opportunity to professionally interact with high-profile passengers and develop your skills in customer service and communication

Essential Qualifications

* At least 18 years of age

• High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
• English proficient, with other languages a plus
• Computer savvy
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Spanish speaking a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
