Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a seasonal, work-at-home basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer support role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • A telephone, landline or cell, is required based on the position offered

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
