Responsibilities
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences: Educate customers on our financial products and services, making recommendations based on their financial needs to ensure they achieve their goals.
- Assisting with Customer Account Management: Accept payments, monitor, and manage customer appointments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
- Driving Business Growth: Meet company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
- Developing Customer Relationships: Build new business, maintain store profitability, and foster brand loyalty and recognition through strong customer relationships.
- Maintaining Accurate Customer Information: Enter and maintain customer information in our Point-of-Sale system(s) with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensuring Compliance: Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Staying Up-to-Date on Products and Processes: Participate in ongoing trainings to stay current on our products and processes.
- Working Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Environment: Handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
- Communicating Effectively: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and team members at all levels.
- Maintaining a Full-Time Work Schedule: Work a regular in-person schedule, including some weekend hours, to ensure excellent customer service and meet business needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Professional Behavior: Ability to maintain a professional and courteous behavior with customers and peers.
- Technical Skills: Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following experience and skills are highly desirable:
- Customer Service and Cash Handling Experience: Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience.
- Retail, Financial Services, or Service Industry Experience: Experience in retail, financial services, loans, banking/bank teller, or service industry.
