Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store: Keep counters and shelves clean, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws.
- Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Create visually appealing displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Assist customers with digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver them to customers.
- Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and complete special assignments as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, team members, and management.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with store systems and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail.

- Basic Knowledge of Asset Protection Procedures: Understanding of asset protection procedures and laws.
- Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds: Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise as needed.
