Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Window Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers, assisting with products, promotions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Processing purchases, returns, and providing sales support
- Handling passport applications and related duties
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications
