Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Window Clerk – Sales & Services/Distribution Associate, you'll be responsible for:

- Processing purchases, returns, and providing sales support
- Handling passport applications and related duties
- Performing various tasks to support the smooth operation of our postal branches

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
