Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work closely with our team to achieve individual and store sales goals, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to enhance your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals
  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a focus on finding a satisfactory resolution
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail experience

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
