Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily tasks will include:
- Inputting all clients into our Customer Management System
- Following our proven sales processes to ensure a superior client experience
- Ensuring a superior client experience through continuous employee training and development
- Following up with all sold and unsold clients to maintain a strong relationship
