Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing fast, friendly customer service to all guests, both in-store and at the gas pumps
• Operating a cash register and lottery machine with accuracy and efficiency
• Tracking inventory in cigarettes and lottery tickets to ensure accurate stock levels
• Cleaning and maintaining the store and parking lot to create a welcoming environment for customers
• Processing vendor deliveries and replenishing store product to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Completing daily paperwork and accounting for all transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum age of 18
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system with ease
• Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
• Enthusiasm and a team player attitude
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Experience with cash handling and inventory management
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
