Key Responsibilities

As a Lost and Found Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting walk-in customers during business hours, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering phones during business hours, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining and updating the Lost and Found system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Researching and verifying the validity of all information before releasing lost items to customers.
  • Collecting lost items from Remote Parking, TSA, Car Rental, Terminals, and various other areas of the airport grounds.
  • Photographing and logging items, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Receiving, counting, documenting, and securing items in a lockable container such as a safe.
  • Managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring that all items are handled with care and attention to detail.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Organizational skills: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating the Lost and Found system, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Self-driven focus on customer and client satisfaction: You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to excel under pressure: You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same, and you will need to be able to think on your feet and respond to changing situations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills: You will be communicating with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and you will need to be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions: You will be faced with complex issues and unexpected situations, and you will need to be able to think critically and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency in computer software (Word & Excel): You will be using computer software to maintain records, update the Lost and Found system, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work varied hours: You will be working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Availability on weekends and holidays: You will be required to work on weekends and holidays, and you will need to be available to work a variety of shifts.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating the Lost and Found system, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 70lbs: You will be required to lift and move items, and you will need to be physically able to perform this task.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods: You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to be able to stand and walk for long periods.
