Key Responsibilities
As a Lost and Found Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting walk-in customers during business hours, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering phones during business hours, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintaining and updating the Lost and Found system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Researching and verifying the validity of all information before releasing lost items to customers.
- Collecting lost items from Remote Parking, TSA, Car Rental, Terminals, and various other areas of the airport grounds.
- Photographing and logging items, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Receiving, counting, documenting, and securing items in a lockable container such as a safe.
- Managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring that all items are handled with care and attention to detail.
Requirements

- Organizational skills: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating the Lost and Found system, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

- Occasional lifting of up to 70lbs: You will be required to lift and move items, and you will need to be physically able to perform this task.
