Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining phone etiquette and providing a positive experience for our clients
  • Reviewing and matching purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining inventory control and ensuring that our warehouse is organized and efficient
  • Processing accounts receivable and payment postings in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer service and data entry
  • High attention to detail and ability to cross-reference and balance documents
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of purchasing and invoices is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable helping in the warehouse on occasion as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a calibration or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of inventory control and management systems
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable and payment processing
  • Certification in customer service or data entry is a plus
