Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Customer Experience to understand evolving requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Building, automating, and refactoring robust, scalable data pipelines and datasets
• Troubleshooting complex issues throughout the data lifecycle and implementing effective solutions
• Engaging proactively with stakeholders to ensure relevant and accurate delivery of business requirements
• Creating new workflow processes, associated monitoring, and alerts
• Providing training and guidance to team members and partners on data analytics best practices
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in data architecture, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Tableau, Power BI)
