Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Safety Technician. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively responding to customer requests for service regarding EP/Safety products and services. You will work closely with our Safety Coordinator to ensure all paperwork for the safety program is completed in accordance with governing agencies. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer requests for service regarding EP/Safety products and services in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to ensure all paperwork for the safety program is completed accurately and in accordance with governing agencies. - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including patients, employees, and visitors. - Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and safety program compliance. - Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on NFPA and Joint Commission standards. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and safe environment.

Essential Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent. - Some college or applicable work experience with excellent computer skills. - Previous clerical/secretarial experience within a customer-focused, team-based environment, preferably in healthcare. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using office equipment, including but not limited to, facsimiles, computers, photocopiers, telephones, 2-way radios, and paging systems. - Proficient in computer skills with at least 50-60 wpm typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Some knowledge of NFPA and Joint Commission standards. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
