Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent - Work From Home Focus Group Panelist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
• Completing written and oral instructions for each panel
• Completing written surveys for each panel
• Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
• Showing up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
• Participating remotely online or in-person, depending on the study requirements

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must:

• Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Have access to a high-speed internet connection
• Be willing to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Have no prior experience as a Customer Service Representative Agent (although this is not necessary)
